Thanks to everyone who came to parent-teacher conferences last week! We value this partnership. Each fall and spring, we ask families to take a brief survey about our school.
Please take 90 seconds to let us know how we are doing. We want to know what you think about your child’s school. The information from the survey will help us improve student relationships, learning conditions, and the school’s overall environment. Your answers are confidential and this survey is voluntary. If you scanned a QR code and took the survey during your conference, you do not need to complete this again. THANK YOU!

Thank you to PTO and all who helped organize a fun & delicious 🎃 day for our staff!

Students in Mrs. Carter's 2nd-grade class had a special visitor on Wednesday! They had the opportunity to Zoom with children's book author, Brittany Plumeri! During the visit, she talked about creative writing, read her book The Merzzlings, and discussed character traits. Students were also able to ask her questions about her books and what it's like being an author! It was definitely a memorable experience!

This is a reminder that there is no school on Monday, October 16th, 2023. Daycare is open all day for registered students.

We are excited to remind everyone that next Friday is our first PBIS reward! Students with no referrals or N in work habits will be invited! Each student will be given a glow necklace. Many students have asked to dress in bright GLOW colors, and we completely encourage that!! #glowparty #FLpbis

Today, our 2023–2024 Mustang Leadership Team met to plan out our activities for the school year to serve our school, student body, and staff as well as giving back to our community through service projects. We were excited to welcome guest speakers, Liz Prendergast, from the Champion for Children Foundation, and Coach Clogston, PBIS committee chair person, to help us develop ideas for our activities and goals. Mrs. Rowe, Mrs. Byrd, and Mrs. Schult are so excited to lead these 40 incredible student leaders throughout the school year. #CTEmustangs #CTEleadershipteam
