Behavior Plan & Incentives

Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is a proactive approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture and needed for all students at Fred Wild Elementary to achieve social, emotional and academic success. Attention is focused on creating and sustaining systems of support that improve lifestyle results (personal, health, social, family, work, recreation) for all youth by making targeted misbehavior less effective, efficient, and relevant, and desired behavior more functional.

Earn negative Class DoJo points for not following the WILDcat Expectations

  • Not following Directions
  • Disrespectful
  • Defiance of Authority
  • Disruptive Behavior

Behavior Incentives

Weekly rewards when:

  • Reaching Dojo Point goal
  • No Behavior Notification Forms or office referrals

Quarterly rewards when:

  • No office discipline referrals
  • No N’s in WH or Conduct on report card

  • Lose point on Dojo
  • Time out
  • Call home
  • Behavior Notification Form
    • 3 Behavior Notification forms = office discipline referral
