Cafeteria & Menus
For more information or if you have questions, please call the District Food Service office at 863-471-5676863-471-5676.
The mission of the Department of Food & Nutrition is to serve high-quality and nutritious food choices that will support the district's efforts to provide educational opportunities that prepare all students to be responsible and productive members of a diverse society. The Food and Nutrition program serves in excess of 1,620,000 lunches and 1,080,000 breakfasts to students during the school year. In addition, 86,000 snacks are served for after-school programs during the regular school year. The department operates an award-winning summer food and nutrition program for children to provide nutritious meals during the time school is not in session.
All students have a student meal account to make additional A La Carte purchases. Every student has access to no-cost meals provided by the Food and Nutrition Services department, regardless of their eligibility status.
In order to make A La Carte purchases, a student must have a positive balance on their account, or have cash in hand at the time of sale in order to make a purchase. Students are not allowed to purchase items on credit, and may not bring their account balance negative.
Student account balances are maintained through the Linq Connect Family Portal. Student account numbers are their 6-digit student ID number.
LINQ Connect makes payments simple anytime, anywhere. Check your student's meal account balance from your phone with confidence in the safety of your account information. Adding money to your student's account for buying an item from the school lunch line is as easy as logging into your account. Access to the portal is done via the link above, or through the LINQ Connect app in both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
